Training

A lot of feedback and as many touches in a play-like situation as possible.

Everybody has different goals with the work-out: some want to have fun, some want to be completely exhausted, some want to learn a lot and others want it all.

8 trainings per week – 200 euro – more or less can be organised.

High tempo and great energy is key!

It is our goal to satisfy your needs.

1,5 hour with max 8 in each group.
